Senior Physiotherapist
Hi! I’m Sharon, and I’m passionate about helping you move and feel better through personalized physiotherapy. I am also a certified Yoga and Clinical Pilates instructor, as I believe this enhances recovery and overall wellness for the long-term. My extensive experience across private clinics, hospitals and trauma center across London and Scotland allows me to effectively address musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and chronic conditions.

• BSc. Physiotherapy (Hons)
• Acupuncture Certification via the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

Special Interests
I have a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal disorders, such as back pain, joint injuries, and sports-related injuries. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or managing a chronic condition, I’m here to provide personalized care and support. One area close to my heart is hypermobility and movement analysis. Having personally experienced the challenges of hypermobility, I use my insights to provide tailored treatment plans that promote stability, strength, and long-term relief, whether you’re managing chronic pain or aiming to return to elite sports and the performing arts.

I’m driven by a belief that life is for living to the fullest and is best enjoyed when we can fully engage in the activities we love. My own journey through health challenges fuels my compassion and dedication to helping others overcome their obstacles and live joyfully. Whether it’s getting back to a favorite sport or simply playing with your grandkids, I’m here to help you achieve your goals and savor those meaningful moments of life.
The Person Behind The Physio
Outside of my professional life, I’m known for being a curious and fun-loving foodie who enjoys exploring local trails, dancing bachata, playing the piano, and diving into new hobbies (sometimes with amusing results). I also enjoy sports like pickleball and tennis. I’m passionate about leading an active lifestyle and love sharing that enthusiasm with my clients.
